These terms cover your use of Loosie, an iOS and watchOS app by Ilia Usatov ("I", "me"). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Age requirement — 18+
Loosie deals with tobacco-related content. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the app. If you are under that age, do not use Loosie.
What Loosie is — and is not
Loosie is an informational tool: a personal log that records what you choose to enter and shows it back to you as counts, history, and statistics. It does not encourage tobacco use, and it makes no claims about helping you quit.
Loosie is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a smoking cessation program. Nothing in the app — including cost figures and any general, sourced health information — is a diagnosis, treatment, or personal health recommendation. For advice about smoking and your health, talk to a qualified professional.
Your data
Everything you record stays on your devices, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own entries and for keeping backups if you want them (the app provides CSV export in Loosie Pro). If you delete the app, its data is deleted with it.
Loosie Pro (in-app purchase)
The core app is free and fully functional. Loosie Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) that unlocks additional analytics and export features. The purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms and the standard EULA linked above; the current price is always shown in the app. Purchases can be restored on your other devices via "Restore Purchases". Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me.
Acceptable use
Use Loosie for personal, lawful purposes. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app beyond what applicable law permits.
Intellectual property
The app, its name, design, and content are owned by Ilia Usatov. Your own log entries are yours.
No warranties
Loosie is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind — including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Counts, intervals, cost estimates, and statistics are calculated from what you enter and are offered for personal reference only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
Changes
The app and these terms may change over time. Revisions are published at this address with an updated effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
