About Sorrel
Most language study happens away from any app: a tutor lesson, a podcast on the walk home, a chapter of a book, a real conversation, an hour of writing. That practice is easy to lose track of. Sorrel is a place to record it, keep the notes worth keeping, and see your week, your skills, and your progress add up over time.
It is built to be fast for everyday logging and clear enough to read at a glance, with a practice journal, a weekly skill grid, honest insights, an optional level journey, and teacher-ready reports you can export.
Sorrel is local-first: your diary lives on your device, with optional iCloud sync if you want it on more than one. It is honest about the rest, too. Anonymous analytics and crash reporting (which you can turn off) help improve the app, and subscriptions are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
