1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS application "Poko Chat", developed by Ilia Usatov. The app is an offline iOS entertainment and parody chatbot built around the Poko mascot.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We believe in absolute privacy through non-collection. The app does not collect personal data.

• The app does not require an account.
• The app does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, crash reporting SDKs, or third-party data collection tools.
• The app does not send chat messages, chat history, settings, or usage data to the developer or any third party.

3. Local Data Stored On Your Device

Chat history and app settings (if enabled by you) are stored locally and securely entirely on your device. The bundled response database is a local SQLite file shipped with the app.

4. No Internet, No Real AI, No Cloud Processing

The app does not use internet-dependent behavior, cloud APIs, remote AI inference, or LLM services. All processing happens offline on your iPhone.

5. No Device Permissions

The app does not request or use microphone, camera, location, contacts, calendar, HealthKit, notification, Bluetooth, photo library, or motion permissions.

6. Children's Privacy

The app includes an opt-in Poko Club mode with manually reviewed kid-safe content. The app does not knowingly collect data from children or anyone else. Because no personal data is collected, there is no child data sent to the developer or any third parties.

7. Changes To This Policy

If a future version adds a feature that changes this local-only data model, this privacy policy will be updated prior to the release.
