What you get
Files, not a dashboard
CSV and JSON carry the full data, Markdown is a readable daily-summary report, and Excel is one workbook with a sheet per table. An export with several tables travels as a single archive. Every parcel ships with a manifest describing the range, time zone, filters, and units.
A series that fits together
The app tracks what each preset has already exported and defaults to “since the last parcel”. Consecutive files stitch together with no gaps, no overlaps, and no duplicate rows.
Yours alone
Health data is read with your permission and processed on your device. Health Parcel never writes to Apple Health and has no server, no account, and no analytics.
You can see what is already packed
Every set — Weight & Body, Sleep, Activity, Workouts, or one you build and keep — carries a bar across time. It shows what has been exported, what is waiting, and where Health simply has nothing. A set you save owns its own place in time, exactly like a built-in one.

How it works
- 1 — Source Apple Health You grant read access to the metrics your sets cover — around sixty named types, from body and sleep to cycle tracking and symptoms, plus anything else Health Parcel can read, picked one type at a time. Workout routes, ECG, audiograms and clinical records are not part of this version.
- 2 — On your iPhone Health Parcel Picks a range, removes duplicate records, and writes the files on the device.
- 3 — Destination Your files Save to Files or share wherever you want — you choose, every time.
Privacy
Health Parcel reads Apple Health only with your permission and never writes anything back. Your health data is processed on your device and is never sent to me — the app has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no server of mine.
The files the app creates leave your iPhone only when you save or share them yourself. Optional tips are handled by Apple; I never see your payment details.
