For questions, feedback, or help with Oncelet, email [email protected]. Oncelet is a journal of last times and a days-since board for iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later.
Include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Oncelet version and build, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are optional; hide personal entries before sending them. Never send your Apple Account password or payment details.
In Settings, Contact support offers Report a problem and Suggest an improvement. A problem report prepares an email with the app version and build, device model, operating system version, app language, Free or Pro access status, active and archived tracker counts, and iCloud status. This diagnostic block excludes tracker names, entry dates, notes, and account identifiers. Review the email before sending. Improvement suggestions do not include this block.
iCloud sync
Check that your devices use the intended iCloud account, that iCloud is available, and that you have an internet connection. Open Settings, then Data, then iCloud sync to review the status and use its retry control. A successful operation does not mean every other device has already received every change. iCloud sync is free.
Trackers, entries and notes, custom categories, tracker colours and icons, archive status, pinned-board positions, and reminder rules sync through the account’s private CloudKit database. App appearance and notification delivery controls stay on each device.
A local journal not yet associated with an account is associated with the first iCloud account Oncelet confirms. When a different account is confirmed, Oncelet keeps the previous journal separately and does not automatically copy it into the new account. Preserved histories can be viewed locally in Data, then iCloud sync. Signing out does not itself erase the current local journal. Avoid deleting data or reinstalling as a first troubleshooting step.
Reminders
Check notification permission for Oncelet in system Settings, your Focus settings, the tracker’s reminder, and the Notifications switch in Oncelet’s Settings. Reminder rules sync, but delivery must be enabled separately on each device. The Notifications switch pauses reminders on this device without removing tracker settings.
A reminder is based on the latest entry or, when there are no entries, on when you enable it on this device. Delivery is controlled by the system and is not guaranteed at an exact time. Tapping the notification opens the tracker without recording an entry.
Widgets
Add a Oncelet widget and use Edit Widget to choose active trackers. A small widget shows one tracker; a medium widget shows up to two. Choose None to clear a slot. Widgets are free and follow the selected app theme, using the system’s light or dark appearance.
The record button saves a current-time entry without opening Oncelet. Widgets use the shared local journal, and the app handles iCloud sync. Archived or deleted trackers cannot receive widget entries. If the widget reports that an entry was not saved or its journal is unavailable, open Oncelet to check the journal, account status, and purchase access before retrying. Widget updates depend on the system.
Restore Oncelet Pro
Oncelet Pro is a one-time upgrade for unlimited active trackers and additional themes, tracker colours, and tracker icons. Free includes two active trackers, six colours, basic icons, three themes, past-date entries, categories, and iCloud sync. Appearance settings also offer an optional app icon that matches the selected theme.
Open Oncelet Pro from Settings and use Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. Purchase restoration is separate from restoring journal data through iCloud. If access still does not appear, contact support with the error message. For refund requests, follow Apple’s instructions.
Archive or delete?
Archiving keeps a tracker’s history and frees an active slot. Reactivate it before adding more entries. Journal deletion is a separate action in Settings, then Data. It removes the active and archived trackers in the confirmed current-journal snapshot, their entries, and custom categories, and cannot be undone.
When iCloud is available, deletions can reach other devices using that journal when they sync. Data received later may need a separate review. Deletion keeps your purchase, appearance settings, and preserved journals from other iCloud accounts. It does not reset all local preferences, drafts, or technical records. If deletion stops with an error, some items may already be removed; use the retry or review action shown in Data. Read the scope and confirmation before continuing; deleting the app does not guarantee removal of iCloud data or backups.
The first version has no journal export feature, including PDF or CSV export.
