Oncelet

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Oncelet is a personal journal of last times and a days-since board made by Ilia Usatov. It supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later. These terms describe the app and its optional Pro upgrade.

Licence

Use of the App Store version is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). These app-specific terms supplement that agreement; they do not replace it. The Apple EULA governs the licence if there is a conflict.

Free features and Oncelet Pro

The free version supports two active trackers, six tracker colours, basic icons, and three app themes. Archived trackers preserve their history and do not count toward the active limit. Past-date entries, custom categories, pinned-board features, iCloud sync, reminders, and widgets are available without Pro.

Oncelet Pro is an optional, non-consumable, one-time purchase. It removes the limit on active trackers and adds more app themes, tracker colours, and tracker icons. Appearance settings also offer an optional app icon that matches the selected theme. Pro is not an auto-renewing subscription. Lifetime means the upgrade has no scheduled expiry; it does not promise perpetual availability of the app, Apple’s services, or compatibility with every future device or operating system.

Purchases and billing are handled by Apple. You can restore an eligible purchase using the Apple Account that made it. Refunds are handled through Apple, subject to its rules and your statutory rights; see Apple’s refund instructions. A refunded or revoked purchase may remove Pro access.

If Pro access is removed, existing journal data is kept. Previously selected Pro themes, tracker colours, and tracker icons remain until you change them; choosing new Pro options requires Pro again. If a Free journal contains more than two active trackers, you can still read its history, edit notes, archive or delete trackers, and use iCloud sync. To record entries again, reduce the active count to two or restore Pro access. Creating or reactivating a tracker also requires an available Free slot or Pro access. Oncelet does not automatically delete or archive excess trackers.

Your entries

You are responsible for checking dates, notes, and other information for accuracy. An entry can include an exact time or only a calendar date. Oncelet does not treat an unknown time as midnight, and it does not accept future events as completed entries. Elapsed time and history reflect your entries; Oncelet cannot verify that an event actually occurred.

Reminders and availability

Notifications, widgets, and iCloud sync depend on device settings, permissions, connectivity where needed, and Apple’s services. They may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. A widget’s record button creates a current-time entry; tapping a reminder notification only opens the tracker. Oncelet is not intended for emergencies, medical decisions, or safety-critical reminders.

Sync is not a guarantee of backup or recovery. Review deletion prompts carefully and keep separate records of information you cannot afford to lose. Journal deletion can reach other devices using the same iCloud journal and does not erase preserved histories from other accounts. The first version does not provide journal export, including PDF or CSV export.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains local storage, iCloud, purchase status, deletion, and support correspondence.

Warranties and your rights

The warranty and liability provisions in Apple’s Standard EULA apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and support

Features may evolve with future versions. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Questions about the app or these terms can be sent to Ilia Usatov at [email protected]. The Support page also explains common settings and troubleshooting steps.
